I prodotti ORTLIEB hanno la fama di essere indistruttibili e hanno una durata molto lunga. I nostri componenti sono progettati in modo che possano essere facilmente riparati. I pezzi difettosi possono essere facilmente sostituiti, i buchi riparati, le chiusure e le tracolle sostituite. Abbiamo un reparto servizio clienti che rigenera i prodotti Ortlieb in ottimo stato pronti per un utilizzo intenso e duro.
Qui i modelli più vecchi possono essere aggiornati alla più recente tecnologia. Sono disponibili anche i kit di riparazione che consentono ai clienti di effettuare riparazioni „in viaggio“. Alla fine di produzione di un articolo saranno disponibili gli accessori di ricambio per altri 10 anni. Ultimo ma non meno importante: la garanzia è di cinque anni, diamo ai nostri clienti la garanzia che diffetti di manodopera o difetti del materiale saranno corretti da noi gratuitamente.

European Outdoor Conservation Association

Founded in 2006, the European Outdoor Conservation Association is an initiative from the European outdoor industry with the objective of protecting wild areas that we care so passionately about. The outdoor industry recognises that preserving and protecting the natural environment is a core necessity and raises funds from within the industry to support direct projects. This group, which will be independent from the main EOG, is designed to harness the incredible power of our industry and to raise money to donate to grass roots conservation groups.

The European Outdoor Conservation Association will raise money from subscriptions, donations and via the EOG´s interest in the OutDoor show and has the objective of raising € 150.000 within the first year. 100% of all revenue from member´s subscriptions will be awarded to conservation projects.

The Association aims to fund projects that protect threatened wild areas for their habitat and recreational value. The projects must focus on specific issues and root causes, involving direct citizen action, that eventually build public involvement, consensus and support.
